Which porn sites SEC regulators were checking out…on agency time

Got a wonderful update from POGO, Project on Government Oversight, with a list of Securities and Exchange Commission’s internal disciplinary actions –including fights at work and surfing the web on Commission time ( some regulatory employees got no punishment, by the way).

POGO published the list of porn sites (including sexvideosblogs.com and rabbitxx.com) here in one suit, and at the bottom of the suit, signed by SEC Inspector David Kotz: “Copies of photographs printed form the sites will be made available upon request.” ZOINKS!

Former SEC employee and investor gadfly Yolanda Holtzee had this to say on the punishments: “If I were in charge of the SEC those porn surfers would have had 3 choices:

1. resign and pay back whatever “time” they misappropriated surfing porn rather than busting crims.

2. get turned over to the US Attorney’s office for criminal prosecution (fraudulent conveyance aka accepting a gubmint paycheck while engaging in activities they weren’t being paid to do)

3. applying Gorilla Glue to their fingertips so they gummed up their keyboard and I could catch them in the act

…there’s my quote!”

Couldn’t have said it better myself.
